one thing na laging ineencourage ni dad na gawin ko is makipagusap sa tao, kahit sa bansa na hindi mo alam language

so andito na ko ngayon sa Japan, sa Sakae, lots of plans kasi nakipagusap ako sa mga locals. BLEHHH WALKTRIP by @naccideus

20 years.

I never thought you’d grow up to be this strong…this determined…this confident.

From the moment you were born, I knew you’d be carrying both our characters. You’re as stubborn and determined like your dad, and geeky and nerdy and confident like me.

You put your mind into any goal you want to achieve, but you are content with whatever life replaces it with.

You can be generous and frugal at the same time. 🤣 You love with sincerity and your naivety at some life facts is something I get amused with.

Happy birthday @naccideus .

You’re finally a grown-up.

I am so proud of you for representing our nation through sports.

Waking up and learning that you just won bronze at the 2026 JJIF World Championships made my heart skip a beat! This was your debut in the world championships as an adult and already you made an impressive feat. It was like SEA Games all over again!

Super proud of how far you have achieved. I never thought you will be able to represent our nation in this fashion.

On top of this, you have traveled far and wide! Oh how I would love to join you!

Now, on to Asian Games!

lets take some time para marecognize ang aking mga DAY ONES 🔥

my story with @emergejiujitsuph started with coach Gerard's invite to the Malvar bubble in ate @glizabea 's house, where i also met kuya @enrique__hilario . as competitions went by and all our goals kept reaching higher and higher, so did my fondness of the team, and they became my new jiu-jitsu family.

but the fighter you know today wouldn't have existed without the best coach of all time: coach @gerardgallos77kg !! every detail, every base, every foundation of my game all came from coach Gerard. even this goal of making it into the SEA Games started from us simply talking about it in our old dining area, right after finishing another training session.

a win like this is a win with them all. i'll reach for the skies and i'll do it with Coach Gerard and EMERGE. i'll do my best to keep making you all proud!!

i love you, EMERGE team!! Omsim!!! taken in Bangkok, Thailand by @naccideus
