This season of life has been the most beautiful experience. Watching my body change and grow in the most magical way has made me feel stronger and more confident than ever before.

Matt has been my rock. His love, support, and excitement for our little girl make my heart feel so full. Seeing him step into this chapter with me has been everything.

I feel so grateful and we can’t wait to hold our little one in our arms 🥹💕💖🙏🏼

Baby shower of my dreams part 1 🥹💕🌸✨🍼

There will never be enough words to express how grateful I am for my incredible mom. She truly went above and beyond to give me the most beautiful baby shower, a day that felt like an absolute dream with my family and best friends. She works so hard and gives so much of herself to our family, and I can only hope to have the same unbreakable bond with my daughter that I have with her. I am so blessed to have you @mommaselman 💖

I’m excited to announce that after 10 years of experience advancing business development, team optimization, logistics, operations, and human resources efforts across the medical industry, I am eager to help more businesses unlock their full potential and achieve bigger results through the launch of my consulting firm, M&M Growth Solutions!

Taking this leap to launch my own firm has been a monumental step in my journey, and I’m incredibly proud to have turned this vision into reality. Building and launching M&M has already challenged me in so many ways and I have grown so much already throughout the process.
If you’re like me, and entrepreneurship has been on your mind and in your heart for a long time, I encourage you to bet on YOU, follow your dreams, and finally take a leap of faith—because true growth happens when we step outside our comfort zones!

My Sweet Ollie,

From the moment you came into our lives, you brought so much joy, love, and light. You weren’t just a pet. You were family, a loyal friend, and my constant companion through life’s ups and downs.

When we learned about your kidney failure, my heart broke. But true to your resilient spirit, you went against all odds and stayed longer with us than anyone thought possible. It was as if you knew how much we still needed you and wanted to give us every precious moment you could.

You showed me the meaning of unconditional love, strength, and courage. Even on your hardest days, you still had a way of comforting us, of reminding us to cherish every moment.

Ollie, I’ll never forget the way you greeted us with endless excitement, the way you curled up beside me, or the way you simply made life better by being in it. Everyone adored you.

Though saying goodbye feels impossible, I know you’re free now. Free from pain, free to run and play without limits. I hope you know how deeply loved you were and always will be.

Thank you, my sweet Ollie, for every memory, every laugh, and every quiet moment of love. Nothing will ever replace you. You’ll always be my little angel. We will miss you endlessly and like I always said, you truly were too perfect for this world. 🤍 by @nachalienhard
