my beautiful beautiful bud…

i’m gonna miss you so much, you mentioned albuquerque being a hidden gem, but you were the hidden gem inside of it. everyone who got to know you or meet you hit the jackpot. you are special to me and always will be. i remember you told someone, the shop is taking you over.. that it flows thru you, that its taking over your body because you couldn’t leave it. now you are the shop.. i’ve always helped take care of it and now i get to take care of you along with all our por vida family.
we talked about fate the other day and you said you believed in it so much.. who the fuck knows.. but i know that you weren’t scared of anything. you enjoy life.. aging and growing.. you saw it so beautifully, even death. i love you so much bael, i never knew i could miss you so much. i’ll always always always live the way you wanted me to, i’ll take care of you and the crew.. we’ll make the tattoo fiesta the way you truly envisioned it.. i gotchu, i promise. thank you for being a dreamer and always dreaming bigger.
thank you for being my best friend, my mentor, my dad figure and spending almost everyday with us at the shop.
thank you for giving me the gift of tattooing and letting me love her and letting her take over my life.
thank you for everything.. EVERYTHING

thank you Huston,
for filling a part of my heart that’s been missing.
i miss my mentor every day, i wish everyone ive met since his passing could have met him. how cool he was, his goofiness, how much he cared about tattooing and the people who worked with him. i realized.. he’s in everyone i meet thru tattooing. it hugged my little heart, and it was nice to feel like i had apart of him here. thank you everyone for reminding me bael’s still here in a way 🤍✨
grateful to be apart of a community he loved so much and let me to love. it’s a debt i’ll repay my whole life 🤍 taken in Houston, Texas by @nachingona
