💪 DAY 1 — MY 30-DAY FITNESS CHALLENGE! 🔥

I’ve decided to put my own fitness program to the test!

While I’m studying to become a certified personal trainer, I’m going to follow my own 30-Day Beginner Fitness & Motivation Program through Nacho’s Energy & Wellness Zone.

Tonight, I completed 2 full rounds of my beginner workout, followed by some extra resistance-band training for my arms and shoulders.

For the next 30 days, I’m going to track my workouts, how many rounds I complete, how I feel, and the progress I make.

I want to experience my own program firsthand so I can learn from it and make it better for future clients.

This isn’t about being perfect. It’s about getting active, building confidence, and staying consistent.

30 days. One day at a time. Let’s see where this journey takes me! 💙

Crazy how life comes full circle. 💪

Years ago, we were camp counselors together, making memories and probably having no idea where life was going to take us.

Fast forward to today — I’m passing through Kelowna and had to stop by and see my old friend, who now owns his own gym, Aesthetic Nation Gym.

It’s pretty cool seeing people you came up with chase their goals, build something of their own, and succeed. Proud of you, brother. Keep building! 💪🔥

From camp counselor to gym owner — look how far life can take you. Loved the gym I recommended it to anybody in Kelowna or passing through to workout there. #aestheticnationgymkelowna taken in West Kelowna by @nacho.vibes

Some of you may not know this, but I wrote and created this song last year. I’m finally getting around to uploading it to YouTube and sharing it with a wider audience.

This track is called “Gray Bear Walks” and it’s a part of my journey and creative expression.

If you have a few minutes, give it a listen and let me know what you think.

🔥 Another one done by Nacho’s Dual Services 🔥

This apartment was getting ready to sell but the home inspection came back with a few issues…
Buyer said: fix it or drop the price 👀

So we stepped in and got it handled 💪

✔️ Replaced swollen baseboard behind toilet (moisture damage)
✔️ Cleaned out 2 bathroom fans (airflow was weak 🧼)
✔️ Fresh caulking in main shower + ensuite tub
✔️ Replaced living room light fixture
✔️ Swapped out 5 kitchen bulbs 💡
✔️ Touched up water-damaged ceiling tile with clean white finish

Small fixes = BIG difference when closing deals 🏡💰

Don’t lose money on your sale… fix it right the first time.

As a father, I’m careful about what my daughter uses and this just feels right for her skin.

One thing I love about what I do is having access to high-quality products that support both beauty and good skin care habits 💕

She’s using the Artistry Go Vibrant™ Waterproof Length Serum Mascara for a simple, natural look, the Artistry Studio™ Clean Start Micellar Makeup Remover wipes to keep her skin clean, and the Artistry Studio™ My Main Squeeze Moisturizer to keep her skin feeling fresh and hydrated.

It’s simple, it’s positive, and it’s something I feel comfortable having her use.

Seeing her confidence grow means everything to me 🙏

To any ladies or moms with daughters looking to try something new or switch up their makeup — feel free to reach out 💕 or link in my bio or click the link here (https://www.amway.ca/myshop/MekkoLeon)

Always happy to help you find what works best 👍

I’ve been part of this for a while but never really promoted it much.
Just trying to build something on the side and share things I actually use.
