This picture tells a whole story. Moments like this are why I try my best to stay as active as I can. My BMI isn't what I want, and I still can't lift more than two 45s on each side. But being able to carry our six-month-old and hold our four-year-old while going down through this mountain terrain makes me feel like I'm the man. by @nacho_average_dad
