They said “GO BIG OR GO HOME!” so we went HUMONGOUS at home and covered our entire bar top in the ultimate nacho feast for miles and miles of cheesy, crunchy, flavor-packed nacho heat—because #gameday deserves nothing less 🏈🧀

Huge shoutout to Tony for expertly pouring that massive vat of #nachocheese, while Alex and Hannah helped take down the aftermath like true champions. And this massive spread wouldn’t have been complete without crucial and delicious #salsa toppings courtesy of @freshcravingssalsa 🙏🫡❤️

Who else is going this hard for #SuperBowlSunday?!

Tag @nachos and #nachos in your game day spreads! 🍽️🔥😛 I’ll be sharing nacho nonsense all weekend! taken in Los Angeles, California by @nachos

Man, where do I start this. Let me just say Anthony Vallarta AKA @our.nachoz is the TRUE nacho king 👑 this dude is crushing the nacho game, down to every last detail… and not letting heartbreak stand in his way.

I had the absolute pleasure of visiting and patronizing a man who clearly worked so hard and honed his craft for years just to have some lowlife dickheads steal his key business resources a few weeks back, but remains clearly undeterred by the challenges. I wasn’t the only one impressed. He has a strong local following of supporters who showed up to pay their respects and he is quick to make new friends & fans. I should’ve filmed one woman shouting from across the brewery going “damn, these are hella good! I’m licking the plate, fuhhhck” 😂

However Anthony could use your support. He’s raising funds to replace the stolen trailer & goods inside. You can find his GoFundMe at the link in my bio. You can also follow his page for more information about when the next pop-ups are. He is at @narrative_fermentations every week and regularly pops up all over the Bay & elsewhere in California.

Normally I don’t like to give ratings on people’s food and businesses but this was nothing short of a 10/10 experience and I highly commend the man for his efforts. This is an art and my Alma Mater of San Jose should be so blessed to have the purveyor of Nachoz in its backyard. Until next time!!

Dear Diary,
I flew into Redbird’s and landed in nacho nirvana—Elote Nachos stacked with birria so tender it practically moos a lullaby. 🌽🐂 These chips aren’t just dressed, they’re fully corn-ered in flavor. Call it love at first bite, Tucson edition. 🔥

It’s nacho regular Taco Tuesday! LFG!

•••
Featured here is @araujosmexgrill. They have 3 locations spread out around San Jose for your convenience. The serving sizes here are no joke! Great portions with tons of flavor make this a must! Each plate was a banger.

What we had:
~ Agua Frescas - Fresa and Pepino
~ Carne Asada Nachos
~ Shrimp Tacos
~ Tacos
Picking a favorite here was tough, but we both agreed the Shrimp Tacos took the title.
Rating: 9.5/10

It’s Cinco de Mayo and @sharkyssocial is going full QUESO DE MAYO all month long! 👏

🔥 My recommendation is to slide over to your nearest Sharky’s, order the wood-fired nacho platter, drown it in their new poblano queso, then use whatever’s left to dip those Crispy Cheese Fiesta Tacos 😉

Pull up and dip your chips in 😍 The queso sets it off I promise 🧀🌶️🌮🇲🇽💚🤍♥️

Nachos have it all. Color, texture, gluttonous flavor and a lil bit of vegetables to round it out 😘👌
