RIP to Legendary Frontman and Founder of the band @sickofitallnyc

We lost Lou after a relapse battle with cancer. The punk world is mourning heavy today.

I only got a chance to catch the amazing vocals and energy once when they supported @cypresshill
For their Haunted Hill tour at @terminal5nyc in 2022.

I want to start by giving a very special thank you to @flyleafmusic or putting together an amazing show and Meet & Greet experience. I've been listening to Flyleaf since the LimeWire days, and getting to experience this was truly special.
@young_other ther, what a beautiful and amazing performance. You definitely have two new fans! And to @dale_belliveau, thank you for the setlist, taking a few minutes to chat with me, and for the selfie. 🤙 See you at the next one!
@convictionsband ... oh my lanta! 🤯 That pit was absolutely insane. I can confirm EF1 tornadoes hit Montclair last night! 🔥 And @mikeconvictions, the energy you and the rest of the crew brought was incredible. I'll definitely be at future shows. 🤘
Finally, @flyleafmusic especially @officiallaceysturm and the entire crew, thank you for such a memorable night. I've been listening to Flyleaf for over 20 years, and I'll never stop. I really appreciate getting the setlist at the end of the show—thank you for making that happen. It honestly felt like I was back in my room listening to the album with my friends all over again.

Friday - @sublime / @pepperlive / @themovementvibe / @codefendantsmusic at New Jerseys newest outdoor venue @parkstage_nj
In Freehold. Sasha, It was a pleasure to meet the Legend. Big ups Ohana
Saturday - Mihali / Mike Pinto at @thewonderbarofficial in Asbury Park, NJ.

Both nights were packed with High Energy, Good Vibes and amazing people. A weekend definitely for the books!.

Special Thank you to @themovementvibe for Friday and hope to do it again.
And to @mihalimusic and @mikepintomusic for an amazong Saturday night at the beach. Always a pleasure seeing you Mike 😎🤙
