A year ago, I spent six weeks volunteering at a spiritual retreat called Pachamama in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. That experience completely changed my outlook on life.

I met incredible people, shared unforgettable moments, and found the space for deep reflection and a greater understanding of the world around me—and, more importantly, the world within me. Living in the jungle, surrounded by nature 24/7, sparked a profound period of spiritual growth that I’ve carried with me ever since.

During my time there, the Cura Vida Festival left a lasting imprint on my heart and soul. The music, the community, and the energy still echo in my mind to this day. That life-changing experience inspired what you’re hearing now.

With immense gratitude, I’m proud to share this collaboration with the world. This project was created with intention and a shared desire to create music that inspires peace, healing, and inner reflection.

A heartfelt thank you to every artist and songwriter who contributed their gifts to this album. A special thank you to my collaborator and co-producer, Rudy G. Without his dedication, creativity, and belief in this vision, this project simply would not exist.

To everyone who has listened, shared, supported, or encouraged us along the way—thank you for being part of this journey.

This album is lovingly dedicated to the life and legacy of the late, great Ansar EL Muhammad—also known as El Niño Estrella, Wallace, El Mutali, Star Boogie, Sahib, and Divine Brother 7. He was the reason Rudy and I came to know one another, and his spirit helped shape this journey in more ways than words can express. Because of that, we chose to close the album with a message from the cosmos in his honor.

A very special thank you to Tereza and Eli for helping bring this album to completion with your beautiful contributions.

My hope is that this medicinal / spiritual album finds you exactly when you need it most, offering moments of peace, healing, clarity, and restoration.
