on qasr el nil the colors shift and so do i

on the first day, just felt like the world had shifted beneath me.. everything seemed surreal, and i was struggling to grasp the reality of the situation.. i went through the motions, trying to hold it together, but inside, it felt like i was standing on the edge, unable to find my footing

by the second day, the weight of it all began to sink in.. i felt the heaviness in every corner of my heart.. i started to allow myself to feel the sadness and confusion more deeply, accepting that it’s okay to let the tears come and to sit with my emotions.. it was a day of raw vulnerability and quiet reflection

on the third day, i began to embrace the need for self compassion.. i realized that it’s important to be gentle with myself and to give space for my emotions.. i let myself feel everything without judgment, understanding that this process is part of my journey.. it’s a day of acknowledging the pain but also recognizing the strength in allowing myself to heal..
