Finally got round to taking some photos, so I'm back, folks! 🤸‍♀️✨ First jumper of the season 🍂🍁 This one was actually a nearly finished WIP from a while back, I just had to finish one sleeve and sew it all together and it was ready to go! 🧶 I used almond stitch and I just loveee the texture 😍 It's made with second-hand superwash wool which I found on Vinted and I wasn't sure if there even was enough for a jumper, but I had to try it! 😅 I started it thinking I'll make a cropped jumper but I did have enough wool in the end, so I made it full-length 💙

I have to say blocking did miracles to this one. I'll post the results of that a little bit later, expect to be awed! 😁

It's bumbag version 2.0! 🌻✨ Now this one came out a bit more to my liking. It's because I took my time with the zippers and the lining and made sure I was sewing it all on correctly, I didn't rush it and I didn't get frustrated... 😅😁 so I'm very glad with the result! It's still far from perfect, but I'm getting there with my sewing practice! 😅😌🤸‍♀️

When I decided to make something for a special boy called Mario for his birthday last weekend, it was pretty clear to me what it was going to be! 🍄 Just one little mushroom and boy did he grow! One whole year older all of a sudden! 😁✨ Happy birthday, Mario! 🎂🥳🤸‍♀️ by @nadeinstitches

You might have thought I was done with sunflowers and this yarn, but you'd be wrong! 😂🌻 Here's my attempt at a bumbag! I freehanded this as I do with most things, and tbh the crochet part went okay but I really struggled with sewing the zippers and the lining! I kind of messed it up at that point and it didn't come out great 😅 Nor did I like the colour combo too much in the end... Buuut I learnt a lot and my mother-in-law, who's a tailor, gave me some advice on how to do it better and I'll soon post about the results! ✨🤸‍♀️ by @nadeinstitches

Because I really liked it the brown top that I made in the summer, I decided to make a longer version of it! 🤎✨

I used the same idea for a runner's back but used a different stitch pattern in the diamond in the back 💎

I did some shell stitching in the chest area to match the hem 🦪

I also added some details all around in mustard to give it a pop 💛💥

So what do you think? Do you like this version? It does give a bit of an autumn vibe, doesn't it? 🍂 I still refuse to let go of summer! More summery things coming up later when the sun comes out again! 🌻☀️
