Summer will be over soon. Let’s capture a few more flowers in photos.

I tried something out today. With my iPhone macro shots, I always have the problem that the background isn’t blurred enough, so the subject doesn’t really stand out. So I asked AI to optimize the background, and it worked really well. The flower wasn’t altered much. I’ll show you both versions. Is it okay to edit a photo with AI as long as it’s still close to the original? I’m a little torn. On the other hand, Photoshop users don’t really do anything different. What do you think?

Once again, I played with nature and turned the perspective upside down to create a special effect. I love experiments like this. Unfortunately, the focus isn’t perfect.

At least once a year, I have to take a picture of a dandelion. I love these geometric, delicate works of art created by nature.😊

Common Blue (Hauhechel-Bläuling) 🦋😊

In late August, you can often see large numbers of these butterflies in the evening. They often gather in large groups and, unusually, aren’t as shy as they usually are. I’ve noticed this phenomenon many times. It’s, of course, a wonderful experience for photographers📸🦋😊

Wilted Morning Glory (verwelkte Prunkwinde) 🩷🌸🩷🌸🩷

After cleaning up my old photos on my computer, I felt a little sad because I used to be able to take much nicer macro shots with my old iPhone 6 and the Olloclip lens than I can today with the iPhone 13 Pro. So I dug out my old gear and tried taking some photos with it. It wasn’t that easy, because I’d forgotten how I used to do it.

I’ve taken a bit of a step back over the last few months because I don’t like Instagram the way it is right now. But then I see that my best friends are still there! Maybe the most important thing is that we stick together and keep sharing our photos with each other. We’ll just ignore all that AI nonsense…
