An intimate home pole shoot

How special to be invited into a dancers home to shoot them where they feel most safe. I’d love to be booked for more shoots like this. taken in Berlin by @nadeya.rae

This song has been living in my head rent-free since childhood. Only took me a few decades to capture it.

Never can it be said enough: the HISTORY OF SKRIPPING & POLE • presents by our wonderful host @seliquere

Er0tic dance, alongside SW, goes back millennia, long before biblical times. Pole dance as we know it today is inseparable from this history; the evolution of skripping is the history of pole.

Acknowledging pole’s history can be confronting to some, especially those who feel uncomfortable with its proximity to SW. Still, that discomfort is an invitation to reflect, unpack, and resist the societal conditioning that fuels stigma.

Watch it on repeat & spread the world 🌍
