Today’s news has been incredibly difficult and I’m deeply saddened by the passing of our dear friend Clay. 💔

It’s difficult to find the right words. Clay was one of the kindest, warmest and most positive souls, with such genuine enthusiasm and passion for the music we all love.

This is one of my favourite photos of us, and I’ll always remember this moment, and those big hugs, when we reunited at ADE 2022 after all the Covid restrictions and lockdowns. I always looked forward to catching up with Clay whenever it was possible.

Clay was a true talent and a valued presence within the Progressive House. His passion for music, warmth, positivity, and the energy he shared with everyone around him will not be forgotten.

My thoughts are with his family, friends and everyone in the progressive house community / electronic music scene who knew and loved him.

Rest in peace, Clay. You will be deeply missed. 🕊️💔 by @nadia_ldmn

We are celebrating 6 years of “Tassili” on @friskyradio tomorrow Tuesday 1st September 2026!

It’s hard to believe how different the world was when the first episode aired on Tuesday 1st September 2020, living through a pandemic, separated and isolated from each other, for many of us; Music, Livestreams and Radio became such an important way of staying connected to each other, to the scene and the music we love so much.

Before then Frisky Radio was always a station I looked up to and listened to for many years so to have been offered a slot on the Radio meant the world to me, 6 years on I’m incredibly grateful to have this space and platform to express myself through the sounds and artists that inspire me day in, day out!

“Tassili” has evolved along the way, I have grown so much since that first episode, but the idea remains the same, journeys through Progressive House sounds, with the name itself is a tribute to my Algerian roots.

My studio is currently packed away, so there was no big prep for this show, but I really wanted to put something out to celebrate this milestone. I hope you enjoy the music and it makes some of you dance!

Thank you to everyone who has listened, tuned in, supported, and danced with me over the years!

And thank you, Frisky Radio, for having me on the station and giving me this platform for the last 6 years! ❤️ 🎶

I hope some of you can tune in tomorrow at 4pm over on Frisky Radio!

Simon Vuarombon closing out the Beach Stage at Balance Croatia 🇭🇷 🔥 last Friday / Early Saturday morning 🙌🏼

This was definitely one of the standout sets for me, taking over from Sasha …what a way to end the 2nd night!

I’m so excited to be joining Simon on the line up in October as he makes his London debut at Brixton Jamm!

It was lovely bumping into Simon throughout the festival, stopping for a chat here and there between all the dancing!! 💃🏻💜🙌🏼

Really looking forward to this one where I’ll be playing b2b with @h.wils.95 along side @jawjeeproglab and @marco_geminisounds

Balance Croatia photo dump and recap 🇭🇷 ✨

It’s taking me a while to process this one and come back down to earth, as I expected!

After 5 days and nights of having my mind completely blown away, I’m finally starting to feel settled and grounded back home, but it’s still difficult to put into words what we’ve just all witnessed and experienced at @balancecroatia

There was something incredibly powerful and transformative about the energy of this festival; experiencing collective effervescence on a soul shifting and uplifting level. People coming together who share the same passion, love and connection to the music we love so much: Progressive House ❤️🎶

Artists brought their A game, and the community brought their absolute best energy, vibes and spirit. Dancing in the sunshine and the heat from sunset to sunrise; we danced, laughed, connected, and made memories that will last a lifetime.

Seeing the reactions of producer friends when their tracks were played or watching them experience their music through a crowd they helped create is always something special but the highlight for me was the people; The Progressive House community, DJs, Producers, Label Owners, Promoters and other industry professionals I’ve looked up to for years, coming together under one place through our shared love and passion for this music. It was heartwarming to see the next generation of emerging artists, rising stars, and the founding pioneers of this music all in one place performing together.

Old friends, new friends, long overdue catch ups and people I hadn’t seen in years. So many familiar faces, new connections, hugs, laughs, and unforgettable moments...the vibe was high 💫🙌🏼

It’s been emotional looking back at things from a distance, unpacking and digesting everything and seeing everyone’s posts and reflections.

I made it back home feeling incredibly grateful and blessed, full of love and inspiration, thank you to everyone I chatted to, bumped into and spent time with making these lifetime memories and thank you to Tom and the Balance team for making this a truly unforgettable experience.

Already looking forward to next year! ✨❤️🎶
