Happy 40th birthday, Sher bear! What a blessing it is to call you my friend, and soul sister! We have gathered so many precious memories over the years and seen so many seasons of life, Alhamdulillah. We'e danced and dreamed, travelled and trained, cried and comforted, laughed and loved. 39 years of blessings beyond measure. Ya Rabbi, You've crafted this beautiful little life for me, bursting with baraqah- a life I feel undeserving of. My heart is so full, Ahamdulillah! I am forever grateful for the countless gifts You've given me- a warm home, a working body, a sound mind, a heart that You opened, 4 precious and healthy children, the daughter I always dreamed of, a supportive spouse, a family that prays for me, sisters of the soul, connection to my faith, a yearning for You and peace in my heart. Ya Kareem, please don't ever let me lose sight of Your favours and Mercy. Make me among those that live life on purpose, those that walk Your path and those that earn Your nearness. Alhamdulillah Alhamdulillah Alhamdulillahi Rabul Alameen! All praise to The Most High for the much anticipated arrival of our 4th blessing- finally, we've been granted our princess, baby Aiyla Sethi. Born July 8th, 3:32am, 7lb 6oz.
My sweet Aiyla- I have waited for you all my life. We are overcome with immense gratitude that Allah SWT has given us a beautiful daughter to love, protect and cherish. We are absolutely over the moon! As your name embodies, we pray that you bring light to every ounce of our universe.

Happy 5th birthday, my darling Armaan, maano billa! Your mischievous nature and chiclet smile melt my heart. Your goofy faces, love of good food, and silly dance moves brighten my days. We will never forget how incredibly blessed we are to see you grow and thrive thus far. May the Almighty grant you more years and us, precious time to see you flourish in all areas of your life. Ya Rabb, grant goodness to our children, protect them from the evils of this world, keep them rightly guided, bless them with the love of your deen, and help us to raise them right.
