We were greeted by the owner, Netta, whose smile could light up a room. She said, “I want you to feel at home here with us.” And we sure did. Just minutes away you’ll find the Hays Street Bridge, St. Philip’s College, the Alamodome, and the Alamo. This is why I love introducing people to neighborhoods like Denver Heights. Not because they’re perfect. Because they’re authentic. Sometimes the best investment isn’t just in a home.
