What started as a one-day trial turned into nearly 4 years of showing up for myself🖤

Life hasn’t always been consistent, and there have been plenty of ups and downs along the way, but the gym has remained one constant. It’s done more for my mental health than I can put into words, and becoming someone who makes time for it is genuinely one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!

4 years later, still showing up, and still grateful I started🫶🏼
