POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

3 years ago, I earned my associates degree and now fast forward to today, I have earned my bachelors in Speech Language and Hearing Sciences with a minor in Psychology. It was quite the journey but it was a journey that has filled me with gratitude, pride, and joy especially as the first of twelve children to graduate from college. This achievement is not mine alone; it is the result of unwavering support, endless sacrifices, and the collective dreams of my mother and siblings.

Growing up, the values of hard work, perseverance, and resilience was heavily engraved in me. These lessons were taught not only in words but through the daily actions of my mother, who worked tirelessly to provide for us and encouraged us to reach for the stars. She has instilled in me the belief that education is the key to a brighter future.

I have been challenged, inspired, and sometimes overwhelmed, but through it all, I have grown. I have discovered my strengths and confronted my weaknesses, but most importantly, I learned that the tears and restlessness was worth it all 🤍

All I can say is, I’m so proud of myself and the sky is the ONLY limit 🥹🤍👩🏾‍🎓 by @nafetaline
