POSTS STORIES REELS

A GLIMPSE into my story and why I do what I do! Why I am passionate about what we are doing with @holdingherspace and the background work we are doing.

I recently did an interview with the MEN talking about my experience as a birthworker giving birth to my son and the challenges of not having any local support spaces with people that looked like me that could really hold space in a way I needed.

It's been a journey and blessed to be a part of the team doing the work. Rebirthing the Village.

Our Untold Stories Exhibition will be taking place at Manchester Central Library
13th January 12pm- 4pm
Only a few spaces left!!!!

It's taken many years of inner work to get where I am, and this place has always been a huge part of that journey to deep inner work. First came here in 2008 a few (6/7 times) in between and now with my first womb flower🤗.

The blessings of life ✨️

Thank you to @_melaninyoga for endorsing me with this beautiful Sekmet Yoga Mat. Took it on my trip to Egypt and boy was I getting some confused looks and questions 😅. We rocked out anyway. Outside and inside the Great pyramid. Eventually they gave up and left me to it! 😎

Slow and Steady Saturday mornings ...✨️

I've been sharing some Afrikan Yoga sessions the past couple of Saturdays @rekindleschool .

Preparing the body and mind for a spring reset. Showing up for self first. Setting the tone. Reprogramming the program.

Working through breathwork, Hudu (elemental movement), restorative postures. It's been juicy.... 😊

With some lovely gentle self massage from Nicole @ritualsbyrosena.

Looking forward to hosting some more ✨️🙏🏾
