Scammers are everywhere ooo. So my people shine your eyes!!! 👀 👀

Here are a few ways to identify and avoid Real estate scams:

• If an agent tells you to pay first without seeing the house or inspecting the apartment, my Brother or sister RUN ooo 🏃‍♀️ 🏃🏼‍♂️

• If the deal is too good to be true. e.g 5 Million House in Ikoyi 😂😂. Abeg RUN for your life 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

• If the agent is not registered with a company. That’s a red flag! 🚩

Be smart and Ask questions before committing!

Remember that Naija.Shorlets is your number one plug for Shortlet Apartments in Ikoyi, Vi and lekki axis!
