Staying in the belief tour clients have to stay in your world forever and that you have to keep dishing out all these offers so she can stay

Theres a certain puzzle piece you hold for your clients world, and instead of believing its not enough… go on head and hype the piece all the way up…. Because once you get really really good at selling that piece and that method behind it..

The main fcking reason i was able to get up from behind the nail table and soar online and collect $1200 so fast off my first paid master class was because.. I had methods to my madness

I know so many folks got a kink in they neck when I came out swinging with authoritative content and ditched the nail vids.. haha thanks to my mentor currol. Shes gold 🤤

I was able to pivot because I had widdle secrets to why/how I scaled my biz

You see policies… I was obsessed af in the nail industry and why policies werent working for techs.. I literally experimented with policies and got em down to one liners… theres a method and deeper knowledge on it. So when a tech is lost in the sauce & boundaries, I can reveal 💡💎 and change her world forever definitely solve her problem… I didnt just slap up policies 1 year, I changed em alot throughout the years to understand them & create a solution to HUGE PROBLEM

I didnt talk sales psychology because I didnt deep dive into to learn it enough to teach on it. Definitely didnt obsess over it (yet)

Before things can truly have major impact on your sales.. you have to have a method(s)

And if youre still fighting the fight on the aligned/ nervous system regulating trend im here to tell you… having belief things will just work out doesnt = business sales

You dont own your philosophy.. you cant carve a fckn lane in this industry

If you havent put the reps in to truly understand pieces of the puzzle…. Thats where you have to look and back track to.. to own THAT piece… and build from there

If you feel thats a waste of time to back track…. Then youre avoiding the key work that needs to be adressed inorder to have a diff outcome

9 years in the game and Im comparing this to so many aspects in biz/life

When I was a nail tech I was high in ego & delusion I was thee only one in the world 😂 to do how I do.. true to an extent.. yet theres other masters out there too

In relationships.. as if im the only one for them… (i am tho, Im perfect) 😂 naaa
I’ll always be remembered when the ties are cut.. BRANDING

Transitioning online after my nail career and playing soft in some areas because I knew I didnt understand a lot of business shenanigans.. sales, psychology, and whatever everyone was ranting about in they messaging.

I collected my sales not knowing sales psychology l, I sold my offers not being a sales coach, or knowing funnel systems etc

My brandings the bread winner also, my way of choosing a specific lane and honing in on my methods… to deliver certain pieces to my peeps puzzle

And its taken me a long time to be ok with being the millionaire behind the curtains 💎

Being ok with being just a stepping stone in my peeps journey. Im here to help them close that gap between whom tf she is and lining her content up to reflect that so she can reveal why she charges wtf she charges and gain that authority her puzzle been missing 🧩

Owning wtf you do is going to change the trajectory completely.. be ok with compounding your mastery… OWN wtf YOU CAN NOW, Add in asyou go!!!

Where did it go?

Its been a month since my last post. (Never went that long befo) on the 16th itll be year 9. In this experience.

Even tho Im pulled all the way back, Im in it to learn this season. For whatever lies ahead … this here is required

Im sure youre wondering what happens when you let go? …. In all honesty, I dont have the words and the full experience of the decision Ive made… as Im still in it.

What I can tell you rn from what Ive learned as I stepped away from the nail studio/table and went online ft…. I learned systems, more social media, my strengths fears etc… i also learned I was finding myself the whole time… I also built the foundations around HER (who I was at the time) a single, pretty much kidless, hiking all the time baddie

What worked for me then does not get to work for me now. . . And I believe this is the biggest ego killer you’ll experience in your time (whenever that is for YOU)

You performed, you built around an identity youve thought was your maximum level 🤣 (im smirking rn because I can look back and say “pfft amateur”) ahahahaa ahhh shyt

Youre not at the greatest peak of all time darlin… you’ve just got a taste of what you can do… you have to acquire more tools in all areas… and rn the biggest one I can say is

…. Allowing the ego/image to die.
And face all the limiting beliefs that come w/it.
And I believe it happens to put you through the shyt to see… if youre really bout what youre about. Test the methods, rebuild a foundation so solid this time and not sway and go back to the kiddy pool where you was swimming small

To show up w/o the need of validation & the emotional output that once had you chained by the ankles

You see … I found a piece of me within I never truly new existed… I also got a taste of the life majority of the people in the world dream of

And I had to “lose it all” to see who I am w/o it
….. can I carry myself “being a has been?” Sorta speak

Can I be the genius I am behind the curtains as no one knows who I am and what I know/studied….
Humility…….. at its fckin finest!!!

You go to her her and her… yet you BYPASS the one you really want…

Theres a part of you that knows the work shes about to deliver is going to bitchslap you clean ceoss the face and itll have you holding yourself to a higher standard and that lowkey… grabs you by nippies ( . ) ( . ) 🤏🏽

You wake up everyday and you have this hard core feeling inside and JUST KNOW you got so much money to make and its right there!!! Yet, you keep the tail tucked most the day because your dodging the reveal of SELF

Girl, no one knows (right now) YOU DO… and youre walking around in your days debating to pull the trigger.. its not about the $$$$ and the “high amount she charges”

You made it all these years in business.. you fckn know you aint died yet and your next investment will eventually turn into a story in the good ol business book….

You wake up with this vision of SELF, you can see how you show up, you can see the content spewing out your guts, and you can see the transformation and all the beautiful things that comes with it.. you also see the “HARD WORK” that comes with it too

You also see… AND KNOW the standard that is held…. And youre stalling because its a standard you so truly want, yet you have yet to walk for a long enough time to EMBODY IT AND OWN IT FOREVER… because you know what happens then….

Youll have to kiss people goodbye
Your lil prices goodbye… the lil scared girl goodbye…. The everything you built up to this point… goodbye (sorta speak) because it was all built on a standard that was folded on many times… and the work that lies ahead…. Is going to rip your open from the inside out

As Im telling you some experiences in my life and how it pertains to biz, also keep in mind this is me utilizing my truths and how I tell the story to deliver these extractions of gems on how it helps you… aka content positioning

If youre unable to share your truths and it comes out as “dear diary” thats where you get friend zone…

So they say… when you dish out the image of the leader.. what they forget to mention as you show up after you ate shyt time and time again…

Its taken me this long to understand this entrepreneurial shyt right here 👇🏽

You got to be open for change.
You have to give permission to self to let what was; be… and take the next level of LEARNING something at a beginner level to move up even more

Branding isnt anything of thee eye
Branding is everything of the ear

You have to be willing to say “the end”

And be willing to grab an empty book, a fresh pen, and sit down to start the first page of a thousand empty pages

And thats where youre more than likely falling short 👉🏽 you dont want to have to start over

When you level up yet again… theres a different version of levels and itll be like starting from the ground up.. THE REBUILD
