Introducing…Salon TEN20

Scroll to the end and you’ll see what sparked the idea for the name! This originated as a container and that container number starter 1020, it’s quite fitting as my birthday is the 10th and I started my business when I was 20…spoke about the name once and it stuck.

Can’t quite believe this is finished and this is where I get to now work every day! I love it so so much and I’m so proud of it even though I haven’t physically contributed much here, everyone who has grafted on it has made it exactly what i imagined. To be at this point in my career when I never really knew where it would take me when I first started out is such an amazing feeling!

If you love Harry Styles, a Jellycat or 12, a kindle or anything in between, then you’ve found the right nail tech and we will more than likely become besties at your appointment☺️

I don’t, but should show my face on here more so that people actually know who they’re following and booking in with, so this is the start👋🏼

1. Like the majority of the world right now Jellycat’s are an unhealthy obsession but I buy them and say they’re ’for my daughter’ so it’s ok
2. I am a perfectionist and won’t let you leave unless you have nails that I’d be happy paying for, so I will wipe the french off again and again until I’m happy with it
3. I love a cuppa and my kindle (when I’m not in a reading slump) nothing helps me switch off more
4. My little girl is called Maya (pronounced May-a) and she will be 1 in April which blows my mind, everyone says time flies but you don’t realise it until you have kids
5. This photo of me is a rarity, I have my hair freshly coloured and curled and make up on. If you catch me behind my desk I will more than likely be in leggings and a jumper, hair in a bun covered in dust and desperate for a wash and not an ounce of make up, so I’m sorry about that😂
6. I actually graduated from uni a few years ago with a degree in psychology which obviously isn’t being put to much use now but I still completed it somehow (and no I can’t read your mind😂)
7. I have a doggy called Pablo who is a gentle giant. He lives with my mum and dad and he is obsessed with Maya more than anything
8. I am currently doing a course to become an educator so that I can teach you how to do nails which I’m equally very excited and nervous about. I’m feeling very out of my depth but I keep telling myself that being scared creates growth and I’m only scared because I care about doing it right
9. Harry Styles!! Always been obsessed, I’m nearly 26 and I’m still obsessed
10. I have been with my partner Harry for 7 years now since we were 18 and we have been very lucky to have achieved buying a house nearly 2 years ago and having our little Maya recently. We are both in our dream jobs and just want to continue building the best life together!
