Hey lovelies unfortunately im having to implement this policy due to a rise in late and on the day cancellations and no shows, and its really unfortunate that im having to put this in place, as I know its not everyone. but I need to cover myself and protect my business as i dont earn anything when this happens, im then sat for and hr plus with no income and I still have to pay for products and my rent to be able to do my job and take care of you, and its to short notice to fill the space,i love what i do and love all of you. Its only £10 but that will insure ill be there for you and you there for me also so I can still do my job thank you for understanding by @nailsbystark
