NAIL//ART EPISODE 7 🖼️: ‘Dyslexia’ 2022 Gabriel De La Mora ( @gabrieldelamora118 ) 💅: @mooncat ‘404: SOUL NOT FOUND’ & ‘THE AVATAR STATE’ Hola amigos!!! Happy Hispanic heratige month, we are celebrating by featuring one of mexicos most prominent contemporary artists, Gabriel De La Mora! It is a dream come true to showcase my favorite museum in Monterrey, Mexico, @museomarco! Dyslexia really moved me to see in person. No matter which angle you viewed this artwork from , it showcased something different. Which reminded me so much of the polish ‘404: SOUL NOT FOUND’ from mooncat! Of course I also had to feature a glow in the dark polish, and ‘THE AVATAR STATE’ felt like the right choice with its beautiful aqua glow. October 8th is national Dyslexia day, and I want to hit the point home: When we better understand our differences, we can build supportive spaces where more people can do well. Remember to always look for, and enjoy all of the artwork in your life. Next week I am back in New York, we’re looking at some public art, at one of my favorite parks in the city!
