My Tips for anyone having health issues
First, In healthcare they treat each area as separate issues. So you need to focus on Root cause analysis.

Some Foods you have to eliminate in order to see benefits from other foods. You can’t eat cheese and juice vegetables it’s counter productive.

Foods like Dark Chocolate, Watermelon and Beets can solve a lot of health issues. But not without a lifestyle change.

Your skincare routine is your Diet first. Bad gut health will result in bad skin. Everyone can’t digest the same foods.

I literally erased all the health issues by changing my diet first and then exercising.

Every time I hear someone my age (40+)suddenly passing away or being hospitalized. I wonder if it could have been prevented.
