My Rosie, my little bear, my muppet - I will miss you so very much. To know me is to know how ferociously I loved you. You are my best friend in the whole world forever and always. I’ll miss your snores, your muddy nose from digging holes, your intense side eye and your stinky stinky hot breath. I’ll miss letting you on the couch (even though you weren’t allowed (because you are stinky.) I think you smelled great. Others may disagree). I’ll miss giving you more treats than I probably should have (I guess it was alright since you lived to be sixteen. Sixteen!! So couldn’t have been that bad… right?) I’ll miss throwing popcorn in your mouth and watching you catch them most of the time (circus dog!) I’ll miss you every single day from now until I join you. If it were up to me you would be here forever, but I will always have your favorite toy tattooed on my arm so you are with me at all times. I love you so much my sweet angel stinky baby 🧸🐕‍🦺 by @naimasts

The other day I found a folder of these photos of Asheville- my grandpa had sent me them in high school for an art class project. I am just as obsessed with old photographs and historic Asheville as I was at the time lol. these are of my favs from the bunch, I think the majority are from 1920-40 but I could be wrong?? I am also unsure of most of their sources unfortunately taken in Asheville, North Carolina by @naimasts
