2022 taught me...1. Growth is my purpose ❤️2. Being open to choice, chance and change in every form that came to me has changed the course of my life ✨3. Introspection is the key to my mental health 💟4. I am still learning to listen to my body! I pushed myself into a double disc bulge, all tapped up, and life without my mat as I end the year🧘🏽‍♀️5.
