We had the best time at @bodybarchicago 🧡

Sunset Social was truly a night of beachy bliss. We loved spending the evening with our amazing community…. watching the sunset while making charm bracelets, creating custom fragrances, enjoying Pilates, and soaking up every moment together.🌅

The live sand sculpture by @guybythewater absolutely stole the show, and the beautiful henna artistry was the perfect finishing touch.🏜️

It was a night we’ll never forget, and we already can’t wait for our next event... Midnight Euphoria 🌙✨

Comment MIDNIGHT below for more deets and a special surprise 💫

God doesn’t bless you just to have it.
He blesses you to manage it.

So I show up disciplined.
I protect my peace.
I multiply the vision.
I refine the gift.

This isn’t luck…it’s stewardship. 💫

Mats & Matcha was a rare pause for creatives who are constantly holding ideas, visions, and responsibilities. A space intentionally created to soften the body, quiet the mind, and step away from the pressure to always be “on.”

In a world that rewards output and constant motion, this gathering invited stillness instead. No expectations. No need to create, perform, or produce. Just room to breathe, to listen inward, and to let the noise settle.

Surrounded by love, intention, and community, we moved gently, rested deeply, and remembered that creativity doesn’t disappear when we slow down — it renews. Mats & Matcha was the calm that allowed clarity to return. A true reset for the mind, body, and nervous system. 🤍
