#collab I started out as a runner who wanted a bigger challenge. IRONMAN sounded like way too much, so I started small. Then a bronze at nationals, a win in Kolhapur, and somehow here we are. Goa is now my ninth 70.3. Turns out “just one more race” is a real thing. Through all of it, I’ve been pretty particular about nutrition and recovery. Whey Protein is now part of the routine, helping me train harder and bounce back better. Fun, reflective, a little chaotic. And completely mine. #EnduranceJourney #IRONMAN #703 #triathlonlife by @nakpronutrition

MOTICHOOR LADDUS WITH SAFFRON CREAM 🧡✨ The viral tiramisu balls + cream trend, but with an Indian, 🇮🇳 high-protein twist. 👀 I’m using NAKPRO Vanilla Plant Protein for the laddus, it combines pea 🫛 + brown rice 🍚 protein, provides around 25 g protein per 36 g scoop, contains all nine essential amino acids and is naturally lactose-free. SAFFRON CREAM:
* 200 g soft/silken tofu
• 1 cup soy or other non-dairy milk 🥛
• Few strands saffron
• ¼ tsp cardamom
• Pinch salt 🧂
• 2 tbsp–¼ cup monk fruit/sweetener Blend until silky smooth and refrigerate. MOTICHOOR LADDUS:
* 4 scoops @nakpronutrition’s Vanilla Plant 🪴 Protein
• 2 cups puffed amaranth
• ¼ cup monk fruit, or to taste
• 1 tsp cardamom
• Few strands saffron
• Pinch salt 🧂
• Optional natural orange food colour
• Cold water, 💦 1 tbsp at a time, as required Mix into a soft dough, roll into laddus and top with watermelon 🍉 seeds. Then all that’s left to do is fork, dunk + scoop into that chilled saffron cream. 🤌🧡 SAVE this high-protein Motichoor Laddus with Saffron Cream recipe for the festive season! #MotichoorLaddu #HighProteinDessert #PlantBasedRecipes #IndianDesserts #VeganDessert by @nakpronutrition
