Papá, Abuelo,

No existen palabras que puedan describir el dolor que siento por tu ausencia, el vacío tan grande que dejas en mi corazón, la soledad y el miedo de tener que afrontar esta vida sabiendo que ya no estarás físicamente en ella.

Entiendo que estos son ciclos de la vida, aunque hoy sea tan difícil aceptarlo. Por eso, en medio de todo este dolor, también quiero darle gracias a Dios y a la vida por haberte puesto en mi camino y, sobre todo, por haberme dado el privilegio de tenerte no solamente como mi abuelo, sino también como mi papá.

Tú me educaste, me cuidaste y me cargaste en tus brazos desde que era una bebé. Me viste crecer, me procuraste siempre y me amaste como a una hija. Fuiste tú quien, después de acompañarme durante toda mi vida, también me tomaste de la mano y me entregaste en el altar. Qué privilegio tan grande haber podido vivir tantos momentos importantes a tu lado.

Gracias por haber sido mi abuelo, mi papá, mi guía y una parte tan importante de mi vida. Me quedo con todo tu amor, con tus enseñanzas y con cada recuerdo que construimos juntos. Aunque hoy me duela profundamente despedirme, sé que todo lo que me diste vivirá siempre en mí.

MEET THE OWNER OF BEYOND CYCLE — NALLALI ✨

Nallali is the heart behind Beyond Cycle — leading as Head Coach, creative director, and the vision behind every detail both in and outside the studio. Wife, dog mom of 3, and passionate about creating experiences that go beyond just fitness.

What started as a hobby teaching indoor cycling slowly became a passion, then a dream, and eventually a reality. Originally from Arizona and raised in Sonora, México, she moved back years ago with the vision of building something different — a space where movement, music, strength, and community come together with intention.

Every class is designed with purpose. From cycling to strength and Hot Sculpt, her goal is to make people feel empowered, challenged, and connected through movement. Each playlist, movement, and moment is intentional — leaving a mark in every class she teaches.

Outside the studio, she loves spending time with family, capturing moments through photography, and continuing to grow the Beyond Cycle community into something truly special.
