“𝘞𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘥𝘦𝘷𝘪𝘭 𝘴𝘮𝘪𝘭𝘦𝘴 𝘢𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶, 𝘪𝘵’𝘴 𝘢𝘭𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘺 𝘵𝘰𝘰 𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘦.”

Jack Nicholson during the filming of One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest, 1975

Please allow me to introduce myself
I’m a man of wealth and taste
I’ve been around for a long, long year
Stole many a man’s soul and faith
I was ‘round when Jesus Christ
Had his moment of doubt and pain
Made damn sure that Pilate
Washed his hands and sealed his fate
Pleased to meet you
Hope you guess my name
But what’s puzzlin’ you
Is the nature of my game

— Sympathy For The Devil

I’m drawn to beautiful things with character—the unusual, the unexpected, the pieces that make me pause and wonder where they’ve been.

There are also the things I simply can’t live without: objects I reach for every day, pieces that bring comfort, beauty, or a little bit of joy to the ordinary. They become part of our rituals, our memories, and eventually, part of who we are.

A home shouldn’t look anonymous. It should feel personal, layered, and unmistakably yours. It should look like someone interesting lives there.

Every piece at NAME A FAMOUS JACK is curated with extreme care. Over the next few months, I’ll be unveiling beautiful, extraordinary new arrivals—objects chosen because they have presence, meaning, and something to say.

Follow along—and get ready to collect with conviction.

Reimagine the art of collecting.

Some things are worth waiting 250 years for.

Recently acquired, this extraordinary French Louis XV Rococo console has survived centuries of changing tastes without losing an ounce of attitude. Sculptural, theatrical, and unapologetically French.

Its timeworn carved wood, remnants of gilding, and original gesso now meet a new Calacatta Viola Rose marble top. A little 18th-century extravagance with a distinctly contemporary point of view.

Old world. New chapter.
