Raise your hand if you’ve ever finished a shoot and replayed every awkward moment in your head. 🙋‍♀️

Most posing tips out there are either too technical or too rigid. They make your client feel like a prop, not a person.

Posing isn’t about perfection. It’s about creating enough safety that she forgets the camera is there.

That’s the difference between a good shoot and one that actually changes how she sees herself.

Comment POSE and I’ll send you the exact posing system I’ve used on 1,000+ real women. Not models.

Because your clients aren’t models. They’re first-time mamas, nervous brides, women who’ve never had their photo taken. They’re nervous.

And you’re nervous too. I’ve been there. Stiff poses. Awkward silence. The same two poses on repeat.

I thought a new lens would fix it. It didn’t. What I needed was a system, simple enough to remember, powerful enough to create portraits my clients actually loved.

I used to finish shoots and lie awake replaying every awkward moment.

The stiff arms. The forced smiles. The client who laughed nervously and said “sorry, I’m so bad at this.”
She wasn’t bad at it. I just didn’t have a system yet.

So what changed? I stopped trying to fix how she looked and started focusing on how she felt.

Turns out the thing that made me good at posing had nothing to do with photography at all — it was knowing exactly what it feels like to be on the other side of the lens.

I’ve now photographed over 1,000 women using this approach. And two years ago I started teaching other photographers the exact system I built from it.

I promise, it’s simpler than you think 😘 by @nami.creative.education

I tbh can’t believe I’m giving this away for free!!!

Comment “VENUS” and I’ll send you the free video walking you through it, step by step 🙌

Raise your hand if you’ve ever frozen mid-shoot because your client didn’t know what to do with her hands 🙋🏽‍♀️

Most posing advice out there is stiff. Hands on hips. Chin down. Shoulders back. It looks forced because it is forced.

The Venus Pose is different 🌹

It’s the one pose I go to with every single client, on every single body type and it photographs beautifully every time, no direction overload needed.

That difference is what makes your clients actually relax in front of the camera.

For years I thought some photographers were just “naturally good” with posing.

They’re not — they just have a system. I finally built mine into a course.

If I got a dollar for every time someone said “I’m not photogenic” I be rich 😜🤣

Honestly though of course you don’t know what to do in front of the camera, it’s not like you’ve done it often hey? But that’s what separates an ok photographer to a great one: the ones knowing how to guide their clients and give them confidence in return!

And that’s what my super power is!

Limited spots left for summer 26/27, send me a dm or head to my website for more info! See you soon! taken in Raglan, New Zealand by @nami.creative.education

You’ll be happy you found this instead of investing another $$$$ into new gear that doesn’t fix the stiff, unnatural poses and awkward silence at shoots.

I spent years chasing new lenses and camera bodies. None of it fixed the real problem — not knowing what to say when a client froze up.

After over 1,000 shoots with real women I can confidently say: I figured out a system that puts an end to all of this, and it’s literally the cost of a lunch out, wayyyyy cheaper than new gear. You’ll thank you later. See you inside the posing course xxx

Your client says “Sorry, I’m just awkward in photos.”

And your stomach drops because honestly? You feel awkward too…. It’s the worst feeling and the thing is it’s not her face. It’s the silence. The pressure. Not knowing what to say next.

I built a system so I never freeze in that moment again. $27, lifetime access.

Here is the thing never delete your old photos, your editing will change and develop over the years - I love re-editing my old photos (if I have the time lol)

Today I felt like going through old archives and @iamtanyamhlanga looked at me hehe 😛

Hopefully we can create again together soon.
