If you’ve ever wondered what the home office of a beauty founder looks like when test tubes meet taste, meet Namrata Kamdar 🧪💄 The former Dove global brand lead and founder of skin chemistry focused beauty brand @plenaire_official has crafted a workspace that blends clean, minimal design with personal mementos, analogue tools and just enough tech to keep things running smoothly. With a dedicated corner for swatching products or shooting content, her light-filled home workspace its not just about looking good on Zoom (though the chic Artemide lamp helps); it’s a space built to inspire deep thinking and focused creativity,. She balances tech essentials like Slack, Monday.com and her Dell Inspiron with tactile favourites – from her lilac Smythson notebook to a pair of running shoes under the desk for quick resets. Her rituals are part productivity hack, part self-care: the Pomodoro method, morning workouts, and intermittent fasting to dodge the afternoon slump. Take a peek at Namrata Kamdar’s ‘Deskie’ and the tech that fuels her creativity - via link in bio. by @namratak

What is a secular godparent? A secular godparent is someone chosen not by tradition, but by intention. Someone who shows up — not out of obligation, but out of love. A constant in a child’s life, offering emotional, moral, and spiritual guidance in a way that feels open, expansive, and deeply human. ⸻ In the modern world, godparenthood has become something more personal. Less about religion, more about resonance. It’s about choosing the people who feel like they’ve known your child — and you — forever. The friendships that don’t need explanation. The ones that hold you, steady you, grow with you. ⸻ What is the role of a godparent in the modern day? In the modern day, godparenthood has evolved into a more flexible and personal role. A secular godparent, in particular, supports a child’s development beyond traditional religious frameworks — nurturing their values, wellbeing, and inner life. by @namratak

Twenty days on and still so inspired by the dynamic energy of New York Fashion Week and @fformestudio, where @plenaire_official provided a clean canvas for the show’s makeup looks : dewy and pared back, echoing the label’s poetic lightness of touch. by @namratak
Backstage at New York Fashion Week, skin takes center stage. At last Friday’s Fforme show, models prepped with a trio of Plenaire essentials: 💧 Droplet – a lightweight hydrator that quenches skin instantly, keeping complexions fresh under the lights. 🍦 Skin Frosting – our comforting mask-meets-moisturiser, locking in dewy softness for that just-slept glow. 🌹 Rose Jelly – the cooling cleanser + make-up remover that resets skin with calm, cushiony care. The result? Barely-there radiance that complements Fforme’s sculptural silhouettes—effortless, modern, and unapologetically fresh ✨ #Plenaire #NYFW #fforme #SkinFirst 📸@ashjgiles by @namratak
