Sometimes I don’t talk because I’m upset…

Not because I’m ignoring you. I’m saving our relationship from the unfiltered version of my thoughts. 😂

You’re welcome. 😌😂 by @namritha_s

Good morning, you dangerous little disco biscuits.

Go forth, cause a little chaos, spread some joy, and try not to get arrested. 😎🤣

Have an absolutely fabulous day! ❤️ by @namritha_s

🇳🇵🕯️ NEPAL — A SILENT ECHO

The waters may have receded, but the silence is deafening.

The devastating Nepal floods have claimed hundreds of lives, with thousands still unaccounted for.

And among those still missing are 6 South Africans. 🇿🇦💔

6 families are waiting.
6 families are praying.
6 lives are still unaccounted for.

Terricia Govender.
Vivaganathan Pillay.
Janet Pillay.
Surendranath Maharaj.
Anitha Devi Maharaj.
Bavika Ramjee.

Behind every statistic is a person loved by someone.

As Silent Echo plays, let us remember those lost, hold onto hope for those still missing, and stand beside every family waiting for answers.

🙏 Nepal, we stand with you.
🇿🇦 South Africa stands with the families.

Compassion costs nothing, yet it has the power to change everything. ❤️

Every act of kindness heals someone—and it heals us too. Science shows that compassion reduces stress, strengthens our wellbeing, and reminds us that we were never meant to walk through life alone.

Healing isn't loud. Sometimes it sounds like the ocean by @namritha_s

This message stopped me in my tracks because, in many ways, it tells part of my story.

Maybe that's why I do what I do.

Yesterday wasn't just about handing out goodie bags. It was about letting every child know:

You matter. You are seen. You are loved.

If our work can make even one child feel that, then every effort is worth it.

That's what Hope SA is all about. ❤️🇿🇦

Our Father in Heaven

who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name;
thy kingdom come;
thy will be done;
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation;
but deliver us from the evil one.
For thine is the kingdom,
the power and the glory,
for ever and ever. Amen.
