Yet I still dare to hope…🧎🏾‍♀️✨. ”But now, O Jacob, listen to the Lord who created you. O Israel, the one who formed you says, “Do not be afraid, for I have ransomed you. I have called you by name; you are mine. When you go through deep waters, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown. When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up; the flames will not consume you.“ ‭‭ • Isaiah‬ ‭43‬:‭1‬-‭2‬ ‭NLT‬‬ #morelife by @nanagk_
‭‭•odo moroso ♡ Psalms‬ ‭34‬:‭5‬-‭6‬ ‭NLT‬‬ ”Those who look to him for help will be radiant with joy; no shadow of shame will darken their faces. In my desperation I prayed, and the Lord listened; he saved me from all my troubles.“ #morelife by @nanagk_
God bless His creation, from nature to mankind. i’m struggling to put into words how grateful i am to have experienced this beautiful country and people. coming to Honduras I had one thing in mind, to help people. everyone was telling me to have fun and i would shut it down and say “meh, i’m just going to help people.” little did i know that me having fun was a form of help that would be appreciated and accepted. putting smiles on peoples faces will never go out of style for me, but putting smiles on the faces of those that do not have much hits different. from the beautiful “untouched” nature, to the amazing brigade team, to the wonderful staff/community we worked with, to the adorable kids and families that lined up to see us every clinic day, thank you. you have changed my life and i’m eternally grateful to God for such an opportunity. count your blessings until you can no longer count. walk until your legs tell you they no longer can. and help others until your heart stops beating.
