Turning 35 today 🥂 and celebrating on the way to Cabo with my husband 💍
Sharing some more picture of the wedding while feeling extra grateful today — remembering how loved and cared for I felt on my special day. Somehow it truly felt like everyone there became a big huge family.
A day I’ll cherish and carry with me forever.

Cheers to love, kindness, and family&friendship 🌹

Special thanks to @rhyaroo @rjakubson @seattle_nalugirl @queenjdubs I am a lucky woman for having the care and support of all of you 🙏🏽😘

6‑Week Jazz Series with @amybodnar1
Just a tiny teaser of everything I learned in this series — the truth is, I’m walking away with so much knowledge I’ll keep growing and refining.
Thank you, @amybodnar1, for being such a fun, intentional and caring teacher.

BGC Dancer highlight @nancy.valerdi 🎉🎉

Congratulations on your first season with BGC Dance Movement!!

"This season with BGC taught me something simple but huge: my energy has a threshold. On the days my mind was scattered or my body was drained, it showed up in my practice. And before every performance, those 10–15 minutes of preparing my mind and body became non-negotiable. I learned how much presence, rest, and intention shape the way I show up."

We are so proud of how you showed up every time throughout the season 🤩

It's audition season! We're holding auditions for all of our teams on 8/25! Come learn what BGC is all about (sign up at the link in our bio)
