This is one of those moments where time somehow moved both incredibly slowly and way too fast at the same time. It feels like just yesterday he was a little kid chasing a soccer ball around, and now he’s stepping into the next chapter of his life as a high school graduate and future college student. Over the years, I’ve watched Kyler grow into an amazing young man — hardworking, determined, respectful, competitive, and someone who genuinely cares about the people around him. He’s had so many great moments and accomplishments along the way, especially on the soccer field, but what makes me most proud isn’t just the wins, the saves, or the success. It’s the kind of person he has become through all of it. There were long days, early mornings, tough losses, big wins, sacrifices, lessons learned, and countless memories made. Through every challenge, Kyler kept pushing forward and continued to grow stronger. Seeing his dedication pay off has been incredible to watch as a parent. Now the next adventure begins, and this fall Kyler will be attending San Diego State University. I know this is only the beginning for him, and I’m excited to see where life takes him next. College will bring new experiences, new friendships, new challenges, and opportunities to continue becoming the man he’s meant to be. Kyler, no matter where life takes you, never forget where you came from, the people who love you, and the work it took to get here. Keep chasing your goals, stay humble, work hard, and enjoy every moment along the way. We love you and couldn’t be more proud. by @nandomanofutah
Ky showing up big with clutch saves—including one to push it into a second OT—is already impressive. But recognizing an opponent hurting, stopping mid-celebration, and going back to lift them up? That says a lot more about who he is than anything on the stat sheet. It’s easy to celebrate with your own team. It takes real awareness and character to step outside that moment and show respect to the other side—especially after a battle like that. That’s leadership and love for the game in its purest form. #highschoolsoccer #prouddad by @nandomanofutah
We spent the weekend in Vegas after a last minute cancellation of his soccer tournament in Arizona. Ky is a @raiders fan, so I found good a deal on some tickets and we went to our first NFL game together. #lasvegas #raiders #nfl #fatherson by @nandomanofutah

Had an awesome time with Ky this weekend. Surprised him with a snowboarding day @skisolitude yesterday, he was ripping through the slopes. . . . . #utah #saltlakecity #fromvegastoutah #solitude #snowboarding #snow #funtimes by @nandomanofutah
Even though he doesn't hit the boxes super fast I'm still proud that he's going on them. Next weekend will be fun riding with Ky. #utah #snowboarding #parkcity #irideparkcity #hittingboxes #1styear #teachthemyoung by @nandomanofutah
Took a few laps this morning with Ky, @kiz1et and @thepandolphin. This was Ky riding through blaster and hitting the little kicker at the end. #utah #parkcity #irideparkcity #snowboarding #funtimes by @nandomanofutah
Solid runs last night up at PC, Ky still needs to work on keeping his arms relaxed, but he's doing awesome other than that. #utah #parkcity #vailresort #snowboarding #teachthemyoung by @nandomanofutah
