Some of my favorite Morgan Visions from this season of @highpotentialabc - featuring the endlessly brilliant @kaitlinolson as Morgan Gillory. The Morgan Visions were such a rich and distinctive part of the show’s visual language established in Season 1 by creator Drew Goddard, pilot director Alethea Jones. Producing director Nancy Hower, myself, and co-DP @amandatreyz.dop really honed in on them as an opportunity to continue evolving and expanding that language in Season 2.One of our guiding ideas was to keep them as tactile and handmade as possible, leaning into puppets, miniatures, strange lenses, thermal cameras, practical effects and anything else that felt true to Morgan’s quirky perspective on the world.Really proud of what our crew built together this season.1.
