What are your deal breakers in a nanny? I’ll share my top 5 dealbreakers once I see this you definitely won’t last long with me.
1. If You spank/beat my kids, then you gotta go
2. You’re lazy; you don’t do the work you’re hired for
3. You steal from me
4. You’re distracted with so many things other than your job e.g social media, watching television, your phone etc
4. You’re dirty; if you can’t take care of yourself you definitely can’t take care of kids.
5. You’re unreliable; you don’t show up to work when you’re expected to.

Let’s talk about force feeding kids their meals. Please let your nanny know this is an absolute NO regardless of if they are toddlers or grown kids and most especially if it is a baby! Have that conversation and don’t assume they should know better. #nannychroniclez #nannydiaries #nannylife #nannycare #nannylifeisthebestlife #nannytips by @nannychroniclez

The stories I’ve been hearing about nanny search and the prices Nannies are charging is leaving me with my jaw open so if you have a stable reliable nanny treat them very well it’s not an easy job. by @nannychroniclez

Yes life is busy and It’s been a while I posted on here. But here you go with another of my tidbits. Get yourself a receipt book and use it to give receipts to your nanny when you pay them that way you have a copy and they have a copy and no one can claim they didn’t receive payment. You can also use it to get reimbursement from your FSA account for dependent care. #nannying #nannychroniclez #nannylife #nannyjobs by @nannychroniclez

In case you are ever interested in Au Pair services this is some info on the fee breakdown. I had to clarify this but the program fee is actually not part of the fee you’re paying your au pair so just FYI obviously these fees may vary within different au pair programs #nannychroniclez by @nannychroniclez

As a lot of states expand access to the COVID vaccine do you think it is important for your nanny to be vaccinated and will you possibly require it as a condition for hire in the near future? I want to hear your thoughts. #nannychroniclez #1stblogpost #nannylife #nannylifeisthebestlife #nannyagency #nannydiaries #nannyjobs #nannytribe #nannyblogger #nannycommunity #nannyinglife #nannying #nannyprobs #nannyproblems #nanny #nannyservices #nannytips #nannylove #clearlynanny #nannychroniclez #nannychronicles by @nannychroniclez

Nanny Tidbit of the Week.
We have all seen videos of how some caregivers abuse kids even while the camera is rolling both in daycares and at home so please do your sanity a favor and invest in a good nanny camera and review it from time to time. #nannychroniclez #1stblogpost #nannylife #nannylifeisthebestlife #nannyagency #nannydiaries #nannyjobs #nannytribe #nannyblogger #nannycommunity #nannyinglife #nannying #nannyprobs #nannyproblems #nanny #nannyservices #nannytips #nannylove #clearlynanny #nannychroniclez #nannychronicles by @nannychroniclez
