I thought this Bali was gone. 🇮🇩🌴

Far from the crowds, a friend invited us into his little corner of paradise on the northwest side of the island. No beach clubs. No scooter traffic. No crowds. Just a few villas, temples, warungs, rice fields and a completely empty surf break.

We woke up to perfect 6–8 ft waves breaking right in front of the house. We surfed for 3 hours straight until our arms were completely done, and for a few days, Bali felt like Bali 20 years ago.

Thanks, my guy, for such an unforgettable experience. Bali bagus! Suksma mewali, bli! 💛🤙 by @nanonobrega

I’ve always wanted to see Singapore in person, but doing it with my 6-year-old hits completely different. Somehow everything feels more special , brighter, more magical. She notices the little things I’d probably walk right past, and suddenly I’m seeing everything through her eyes too. Kids really have a way of making the world feel new again.

Daddy’s girl… but somehow she’s the one showing me how to see the world. 🇸🇬❤️ by @nanonobrega

Told her we needed to get rid of some stuffed animals. She picked 1 creepy little doll and called it a day. 🫠

Ela escolheu 1 boneca meio esquisita e disse, “tira a foto papai”. 😂 by @nanonobrega

FLEA tocando Jazz! Brabo! ☠️ Last night I got invited to see HONORA, Flea’s new jazz project, and it was raw, loose, weird, and just badass. No bullshit. Just people making music because they love it.

We somehow ended up sitting next to Anthony Kiedis and John Frusciante like that’s a totally normal thing, and to personally thank Flea after the show, which was honorable. Chili Peppers were a huge part of the soundtrack that inspired my lifestyle and pulled me to the west side long before I could call California, home.

Weird night. Good life. Pure gratitude. 🤙

🇺🇸 State of Balance started as an intervention for the Caos on Canvas fine art exhibition in São Paulo, Brazil, curated by Didu Losso.

Working from a photo by Lucas Lenci, I brought in Dave Tourje (fine artist and California Locos founder) and John Van Hamersveld (pop culture artist, designer of Endless Summer).

Blending Dave’s urban, underground edge with John’s sun-soaked pop language, and layering in my own photography from Downtown LA and the Santa Monica Mountains, the piece became a dialogue between city and nature, chaos and balance — worlds that are part of who I am.

It evolved into a container-door installation (Didu’s idea), pushing that contrast even further.

One of one, currently part of the 59º Magalhães Gouvêa Art Auction.

Four intense days immersed in the work of
Tony Robbins and my heart feels expanded, challenged, and deeply grateful.

We went through powerful exercises, broke old patterns, faced emotions, and stepped into a new level of awareness about who we are and who we are becoming. This experience reminded me that growth is not always comfortable, but it is always worth it.

What made this journey even more meaningful was living it side by side with my husband.
Seeing both of us committed to healing, evolving, and building a stronger future together was one of the greatest gifts of this experience. And knowing that our daughter is watching us choose growth, choose love, and choose consciousness… makes everything feel even more real and more valuable.

We are not looking for a perfect life.
We are building a conscious one.
One step at a time, one breakthrough at a time, one new choice at a time.

Grateful for every opportunity life is placing in front of us right now.
Grateful for the teachings, the people, the energy, and the courage to keep moving forward.

Thank you to everyone who shared this journey with us, and to all the mentors and leaders who helped guide this transformation.
The future we are building feels aligned, strong, and full of purpose.
We are the creators.✨
