POSTS STORIES REELS

🎗️ In honor of International Brain Tumor Awareness Week, I decided to share a little bit of my story.

I was diagnosed with a colloid cyst in the third ventricle of my brain — a fluid-filled cyst located deep in the middle of the brain.

For a while, I had been suffering from headaches, but I never got myself checked out until someone encouraged me to take it seriously. ❤️ I honestly didn’t think it was anything serious. To me, it was just another headache that had lasted a week, like so many times before.

Little did I know, it was the first symptom of something I never expected to face.

That’s one of the reasons I’m choosing to spread awareness. Please don’t ignore your symptoms or put off getting checked out. Persistent or unusual headaches, especially when accompanied by nausea, vomiting, blurry vision, or dizziness, deserve medical attention.

This is another battle I’m fighting, and I’m learning to take it one day at a time. Some days may be harder than others, but I’m choosing to keep going, keep learning, and keep advocating for myself.

If sharing my story encourages even one person to listen to their body and seek medical care, then it’s worth it.

Listen to your body. Advocate for yourself. Your health matters. 🎗️

🍂🍁September has come to an end, and what a month it has been for me.

Through the ups, the downs, the lessons, the emotions, and everything in between, I’m saying goodbye to September with a grateful heart.

Now, October… I welcome you with open arms. 🍂✨

I’m especially excited because October is my birthday month! 🎂♎️

Here’s to a new month, new memories, new adventures, and whatever October has in store for me. I’m ready to see what this next chapter brings. 🎃🥳 #september #october #libra♎️ #birthdaygirl by @nans_0714

💫Due to some personal reasons I decided to deactivate all my social medias. I do have a tendency of just disappearing without a trace. So this time i decided to do it differently. I will be back don’t know when but I will be back. Also a reminder it’s ok to not be ok sometimes. It’s also ok to choose yourself. I will delete my instagram at the end of the day but all my other social medias will be deleted immediately.💫 by @nans_0714

✨As I entered September and we Start the fall season, I have come to realize that I am not the same person I was at the beginning of this year. I have fought a lot of silent battles but this post is not about that. This post is about how I raised from this battles and kept going. A lot has changed in my life but one thing that’s hasn’t is my heart and kindness. I learned to live and enjoy life. To love and protect myself. Most importantly who i let enter in my life. I surrounded myself with people who value who I am, and support and guide me through life. At the beginning of fighting any type of battle is hard but the person you become in the end is beautiful. Don’t give up, keep going. Remember who, and why you’re doing this. YOU! You are doing this for YOU!!✨🤍💫 #startingoveragain #myjourney❤️ #selflove #womenempowerment by @nans_0714

⚠️ Trigger Warning ⚠️

Today is both a special and difficult day. I decided to share these photos, even though they’ve been hard for me to show. After all these years, I felt it was finally time.
Now that the truth has been acknowledged, I can share this.
I couldn’t let this day end without wishing my baby boy a Happy 18th Birthday. Today, his resting place was decorated with birthday decorations, toys, and, of course, a birthday cake. I could never have imagined that this is how I would celebrate your birthday every year. But God has His reasons, even when we don’t understand them. This journey, as painful as it has been, has helped shape the strength I carry today. This is why I always encourage people to be kind. You never know what someone else is carrying, and they don’t know your story either. Be kind. Offer your help if you can. Even a simple smile can go a long way. Happy 18th Birthday, mi niño. Mami loves you today, tomorrow, and always. 🤍👼🦋 #pregnancyloss #angelbaby #mommyofanangel #grievingmother💔😥 #grievingjourney by @nans_0714
