... Valentine's day weekend was epic 🔥

LOVE is the theme..

And we inspired women to be confident, comfortable in their bodies, and love themselves a little more with the launch of - "The woman she becomes after dark" - @laceynoir.co 🖤

Starting with just 3 of our favorite after~dark #glamour pieces - Small start, but BIG win for me and my team here in New-York and in Asia.

So, as we celebrate the Chinese New year of the horse, we're reminded to be #grateful for our blessings - the big ones and the small ones too 💯

Happy Chinese New year..

Happy birthday to my beautiful baby sister & friend, the most beautiful - Wumeeka 🎉🎉🤩

#September is always a reminder of how blessed I am to have such a beautiful soul to call my sister.

And how you've grown to become such an amazing friend, mother, aunt, and a fantastic pastry chef at Jersey city's own @table_tapas doesn't surprise me. You learned from the best!! 😁

May the higher powers grant you many more years of grace & abundance, and just know that I'll certainly be here to love you more and more everyday.

- A Water melon Blackberry Burrata with Balsamic Honey Drizzle is best for the summer 🏝️
And this is the easiest recipe you'll find on the Internet - thank me later 😁

Ingredients

For the Fruit & Burrata Cubes:

* 3 cups seedless watermelon, cut into cubes
* 2 ripe peaches, sliced into bite-sized pieces
* 1 cup fresh blackberries
* 2 balls (8 oz/225 g) burrata cheese, torn into pieces
* 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
* 1/4 tsp flaky sea salt
* 1/4 tsp black pepper

### For the Balsamic Honey Drizzle:

* 3 tbsp honey
* 2 tbsp balsamic dressing
* 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
* 1 tsp Dijon mustard
* 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves

## For the Crunchy Topping:

* 1/3 cup chopped toasted pistachios
* 2 tbsp toasted pumpkin seeds
* 1 tsp lemon zest

For Garnish (optional):

* Fresh basil leaves

Directions

1. Arrange the watermelon cubes, peach pieces, and blackberries on a large serving platter.
2. Tear the burrata into bite-sized pieces and place evenly among the fruit.
3. Drizzle the olive oil over the platter and season with flaky sea salt and black pepper.
4. Whisk together the honey, balsamic glaze, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and thyme until smooth.
5. Spoon the balsamic honey drizzle evenly over the fruit and burrata.
6. Sprinkle with the toasted pistachios, pumpkin seeds, and lemon zest.
7. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and microgreens.
8. Serve immediately while chilled.
