A year ago, I walked back into the gym weighing 106 lbs. Today, I weigh 115 lbs.

For some people, gaining weight comes naturally. For me, it’s been one of the hardest things I’ve ever tried to do.

There were days I stayed consistent, and there were days I didn’t. I used to think those setbacks meant I was failing. Now I know they were simply part of the journey.

I’ve learned that progress isn’t about being perfect. It’s about showing up again and again, even after you’ve lost momentum. It’s about adjusting your path instead of giving up on your goal.

So today, I’m starting to document this journey—not because I’ve reached the finish line, but because I’m still chasing it.

If you’re working toward a goal of your own, I hope this reminds you that slow progress is still progress.

Thanks for being here. I hope you’ll stick around for what’s next. 🤍 taken in USA by @naomi_a.e
