I had the pleasure of attending the highly anticipated grand opening celebration of Pura Vida Miami @puravidamiami this morning!The 41st Pura Vida Miami located at Mercato @mercatonaples , lived up to all my expectations, offering a delightful blend of vibrant energy, delectable flavors, stunning beauty, and, most importantly, mindfully prepared, healthy beverages and meals.I was delighted to meet the warm and welcoming owners, Jennifer and her husband Omer Horev, co-founder and CEO of Pura Vida, a wellness-driven all-day café that has been a staple in Miami since 2012. Taverna Violí @tavernavioli , a Greek restaurant that transports you to the vibrant culture of Mykonos, had its grand opening party last night, November 7, at Mercato 🇬🇷✨We engaged in some plate smashing, indulged in delectable Greek bites, sipped on refreshing beverages, and danced to the soulful and expressive saxophone of a talented musician 🎷!I eagerly anticipate dining at Violí in the near future, and will share my experience with you!Yamas! 💙🍋🥂 by @naples_foodie

It was the perfect Sunday afternoon to preview the luxurious Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort @fsnaplesbeachclub , as they prepare to officially open their doors tomorrow, November 17!The Merchant Room from award-winning chef, entrepreneur, and author Gavin Kaysen @gavinkaysen took my breath away. We ordered our first aperitivo at the bar from renowned bartender Máté, formerly of a speakeasy on 5th Ave, all in the company of my beautiful daughter. ✨HB’s and The Sunset Bar are also ready to debut, perched on the powdery beach with rows of elegant umbrellas waiting to welcome us back to those unforgettable sunsets we’ve loved for years.We can't wait to dine, shop and enjoy spa services soon. I will keep you posted of each opening as they unfold. Ottimo @ottimoon5th opened its doors in January 2025, and I finally stopped by to experience it for myself. Located in the heart of Fifth Avenue South @5thavenuesouth , the restaurant offers a modern Italian inspired dining concept in a stylish and energetic setting. ✨Ottimo is owned and operated by husband and wife Edmond and Ledia Metaj, originally from Albania. Many Naples locals may recognize them from Roma, the restaurant that helped establish their presence in the local dining scene. Their newest venture brings a broader menu and a contemporary approach to Italian inspired cuisine while maintaining a strong focus on hospitality. ❤️The kitchen is led by Executive Chef Sean Cooper, whose dishes emphasize presentation, generous portions, and bold flavors. I had the pleasure of attending an exclusive media preview and aperitivo at the beautiful new Piccolo Buco in Estero @piccolobuco , and I can’t wait to share this experience with you.Born just steps from Rome’s iconic Trevi Fountain, Piccolo Buco has earned a devoted following for its extraordinary Roman style pizza. Founder Luca Issa has perfected his signature cloudlike crust through decades of craftsmanship, using just three simple ingredients. After discovering the restaurant in Rome, Cooper’s Hawk founder Tim McEnery was so impressed that he brought this incredible concept to Southwest Florida.From the warm Italian hospitality to the exceptional pizza, wine, and gelato, this was a memorable afternoon that left me wanting more.My full review is coming over the next two weeks, and I have a feeling this is going to become one of Southwest Florida’s most talked about new dining destinations.
