My mission is to educate, empower, and help clients take charge of their health. I create herbal supplements and provide personalized protocols and spiritual practices to deeply support my clients. There is no quick fix, and I do not claim to cure anyone. Through my guidance, many clients have experienced profound healing and significant improvements. I teach clients how to release shame, cultivate self-love, improve their diets, and support themselves effectively with the right herbal care.

To be honest, I don’t want to gatekeep the information I have most people won’t do the work 🤷🏾‍♀️. I have clients who have been on this journey with me for over a year, and healing looks different for everyone some progress faster than others. That’s why I don’t answer questions like, “How long will it take?” This is a journey you have to be ready for. That said, enjoy some free gems I’m sharing today. If you want deeper support, join my support group on Patreon and let’s get to work.

** Before starting the three month plan, go to stdcheck.com and book a test through Quest Diagnostics so you can get your HSV levels, since LabCorp no longer provides them. Once you have your results, begin removing high arginine and acidic foods, complete the detox, and take the daily recommended supplements for the full three months. After that, retest your levels so you can see how your body has responded and get a clearer understanding of your timing and progress.** by @nappywaters

I’m passionate about bringing Reiki healing to our community to create more spaces where we can safely ground, release, and reset.

If you’ve been feeling stressed, overwhelmed, stagnant in life, seeking guidance and clarity, wanting to release what no longer serves you, disconnected, carrying suppressed emotions, on a physical healing journey, in need of an energy cleanse, or are ready for growth, I’d love to guide you and hold space for your healing.

Reiki gives the body the healing it is ready to receive.

Welcoming in harvest season and truly feeling the rewards of all the seeds I’ve been sowing. I had a very big goal I’d been working toward over the last several months, and I accomplished it! I’ve been doing deeply transformative work with my Reiki clients and have been booked every week. I’m also experiencing an increase in my Earth’s Eleven sales, and watching something I’ve poured so much of myself into continue to grow has been so fulfilling. I’m currently leading around 40 women through my 7 Day Community Alkaline Cleanse, and being back in community feels amazing. Most importantly……I’m feeling happy, calm, and grounded (finally lmao). This harvest feels so special because through all of life’s trials I’m still showing up from my heart space with faith and devotion + God is rewarding me for it all 🌱🪷 by @nappywaters

📣 Sorry for the wait…….It’s time for our community 7 Day Alkaline Cleanse. For this cleanse, we will be paying homage to Dr Sebi’s alkaline diet and preparing meals exclusively from his recommended food list. This cleanse is designed to support detoxification and cleansing of the body while also serving as a practical example of how to create nourishing flavorful meals without dairy, meat, or other mucus forming foods. Our supplements selection will align with assisting us in preparing our bodies for the fall. We will be focusing on improving our iron and energy, boosting our immune system and purging toxins.

Who’s joining? Tag your accountability partner + share with anyone who would be interested.

Save the dates:
September 20th at 11am- Earth’s Eleven restock & $25 sale on recommended supplements
September 20 at 8pm- Informative Instagram live for all participants. Please don’t miss this live if you are participating!
September 27 Cleanse begins and ends October 4

This cleanse we will have an accountability group chat. Join my instagram broadcast channel “Earth’s Eleven Holistic Community” for updates on when chat will open. by @nappywaters
