The Sanyo CRT TV is the device that made musician Nara Avakian (@narasroom).

Nara’s boxy TV was a source of companionship and sanctuary as their sense of self and creativity formed in their childhood bedroom. It’s no surprise that they went on to start a pop-rock band—aptly named Nara’s Room—that takes sonic and aesthetic inspiration from the CRT TV and its contemporaries. by @narasroom
