2 years and 4 months with COROS Malaysia a journey that has never been easy. There were no shortcuts, no instant success. Everything started from the bottom.I came into this industry with only a diploma in Sports Management from a private university. Failing my SPM was the turning point that made me realise how important education is. But I also learned that education alone is not enough without courage. the courage to create your own opportunities.I used to think negatively.Before trying, I would already give up.Before starting, I would already say “I can’t.”But today, everything is different.Now I always tell myself “Start first if it doesn’t work, then we figure it out.”What I have today did not come 100% from school or university only. but from the knowledge I went out to seek myself. Learning never stops. Knowledge comes from everywhere. the workplace, the people around us, the experiences we go through. Bukan acik-acik Arthritis je boleh workout dengan elliptical ni. Runners pun kena amalkan selain treadmill. Less impact and boleh kekal workout during rest day tanpa perlu bagi stress pada badan.
