We are pleased to announce @tikivisionstylelab - Trishawna “Tiki” Quincy, the founder of Tikivision Style Lab as the 2025 Nashville Fashion Forward Fund recipient. A committee from the @communityfoundationmidtn selected Tiki from the largest and most diverse group of experienced fashion industry applicants yet, based on her impressive submission that adhered to specific criteria for the experiential award established by the Nashville Fashion Forward Fund co-founders in 2010.

The Nashville Fashion Forward Fund of The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee is an endowed fund that supports the next generation of fashion industry professionals with ties to Middle Tennessee by providing an annual financial award and resources for experiential professional development opportunities to advance the career of select local talent with demonstrated experience in a fashion-related field based on pre-established criteria.

In 2024, Tiki established Tikivision Style Lab, a sewing and design education studio offering private lessons with ambitious expansion plans centered around education and community-building. Her vision encompasses comprehensive sewing and design education across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, making skills accessible to diverse learners. She aims to showcase Middle Tennessee’s creative talent by featuring local experts in educational projects, foster authentic community connections through storytelling and in-person events, and develop a signature online sewing school with original patterns. Her ultimate goal includes establishing a digital platform that transitions to streaming or network television, amplifying Middle Tennessee’s fashion industry and art scene. Nashville, thank you! A whirlwind 2 days in Music City to celebrate my cookbook FAMILY STYLE.

So grateful to my friend @masulla @nashfashweek for hosting me. Thank you Chef @arnoldmyintbna of the iconic @imnashville for creating an amazing one night only meal inspired by my cookbook and @eatavo for the best happy hour.

Being in Nashville during AAPI Heritage Month was so meaningful as it was a chance to highlight community leaders from @apimidtn and @givingkitchen - these folks are doing the work to support and celebrate Nashville’s diversity- so this trip was so more than about my book- it was about community- thank you to everyone who came and supported! Y’all really turned out.

The work of bridging fashion, food, community and heritage means everything to me, and having that seen and celebrated is such a gift. Thank you Nashville, for the warmest welcome and for continuing to create space for these stories. 🙏✨

Fashion, food, hospitality, music, art, and culture all work together to tell the story of who we are as a city.

A very special thank you to our incredible special guest @petersom and event partners @arnoldmyintbna @annamyint and the entire @imnashville team for sharing your talents, your stories, and your generosity with all of us for Feast On Fashion.

Peter’s work has long beautifully bridged fashion, food, storytelling, and heritage in such an authentic and inspiring way. And The Myint family, through International Market are such an important part of Nashville’s cultural and culinary fabric. Spaces like this remind us that food is not just nourishment… it’s connection, identity, memory, and community.

We celebrated AAPI Heritage Month with our community partners @apimidtn @givingkitchen. Events like this are an opportunity not only to celebrate the contributions of Nashville’s Asian American and Pacific Islander communities, but to continue creating visibility, investment, and space for diverse voices and stories to thrive.
