Abstract painting ๐Ÿ–Œ๏ธ

Here is to creating more beauty and love in this world which is crumbling down in chaos and hate. It always pans out on paper and some brush strokes. Nothing is impossible and art has that magic to make us believe in ourselves. Confidence isn't always linear but it's a circle. Art is a constant reminder that one can do it all

All it takes is some courage to always use that mind in a creative way, to ease it up and build more comfort to oneself. That's the purpose, to feel and make others feel through their work. That sense of belonging and building a community of small artists. Small yet mighty. And we can do it - that's the motto. To be applied in every aspect in life.

Some anatomy art ๐Ÿฆ„

The stunning complexity of the human body always amazes me. A proper living machine that is constantly rebuilding itself while you're not even aware of it. The amount of abuse of all kinds that a persom can put their body through and still be alive and function is truly mindboggling. Also life is lazy. Energy is precious. Go to any planet with life and rhis is what you willf find. Due to this, the human body is very lazy. This makes it very efficient. Complexity is not in any way related to laziness. Fun fact; one gets random spurts of it that basically turn us into superhumans. Pretty wild, isnt it?

P.s: if you want to learn where to start, tips, etc, follow for some tutorials or enroll for our weekly art workshops.

Paradise on earth ๐ŸŒน

Mawla Hussain's shrine is what the eyes and heart crave for. I couldn't attend the Arbaeen walk in Karbala, Iraq but the pencil and paper came to the rescue. Love and pain always walk together, Hussain is the prime example. He gave it all and when left with nothing, his head in prostration ready to be sacrificed. The nature of divine love, surrender, longing and justice was found through the one and only Hussain, no surprise there as he is the son of Maa Fatema Uz Zahra & Mawla Ali. A real beacon for all who seek the truth.

Sorrow, devotion, bravery and spiritual depth for the Ahlulbayt comes from the blood of Hussain. Surrounded, thirsty and outnumbered yet he refused to bow before tyranny. May our limitations, weaknesses, and untamed love keep us awake at night to be closer to the Lord of Hussain. Labbaik ya Hussain. Shah Ast Hussain, Badshah ast Hussain.

Some Safar art โœจ

It's almost Arbaeen (40th day of Hussain's martyrdom) so thought of having a spiritual journey with my brushstrokes to feel the pain of Maa Zainab, Sayyeda Sakina, Mawla Hussain & Mawla Sajjad.

Swipe through to witness the story through close and far framing shots:

1. Maa Zainab being the preserver of truth and resistance
2. The women of Bani Asad who discovered the headless body of Mawla Hussain
3. The female pilgrims who are commencing their Arabaeen march
4. Maa Zainab in shackles and chains yet she stood with dignity and courage
5. The cloak of Maa Zainab holding the Zulfikar
6. The severed head of Mawla Hussain amid burning tents
7. Maa Zainab becoming Mawla Abbas in Shaam
8. The angels were rotating around the chained feet of Mawla Sajjad
9. The last time Bibi Sakina was held by her father Mawla Hussain
10. Mawla Ali Asghar being the symbol of supreme sacrifice

Mawla Sajjad said: "Ash Shaam, Ash Shaam, Ash Shaam" in response to being asked what the most difficult and painful part of the tragedy of Karbala. by @nasra.artstudio

Mawla Zainul Abideen - the adornment of worahippers ๐Ÿคฒ

I always ask this profound question to myself; was it really necessary to poison Mawla Zainul Abideen also known as Mawla Sajjad, a holy personality who was already martyred a thousand times emotionally and physically on every step from Karbala to Shaam? The very son of Hussain Ibne Ali who shook the courtyard of Yazid (curse be upon him) with his eloquent words that shakes souls until this date, "O Yazid! Is this noble Messenger your grandfather or mine? If you say he is yours, you are a liar. And if you say he is mine, then why did you kill his family with tyranny, plunder his belongings, and captivate his womenfolk?

He continues with, "o people! I am the son of Mecca and Mina. I am the son of Zamzam and Al Safa. I am the son of the one who was transported on the Buraq and who was taken by Jibrail to Sidratul Muntaha. I am the son of Muhammad Al Mustafa. I am the son of Ali Al Murtaza. I am the son of Ali Al Murtaza. I am the son of Fatima Uz Zahra, the head of all women. I am the son of Khadijah Al Kubra. I am the son of the one who was slaughtered unjustly. I am the son of the one whose robe was soaked in his blood and whose blessed body was left torn apart on the sands of Karbala. He fought at the heart of the enemy's stronghold, although he was paraded through Kufa and Shaam as a defeated prisoner of war-falsely portrayed by the Umayyad regime as a "rebel" and an "apostate", Mawla started what would be called today as a campaign of clarification and public enlightenment.

For decades, Mawla lived in a state of profound grief. Whenever water was placed in front of him, he would weep uncontrollably and ask, "how can I drink water when the grandson of the Prophet (saw) was martyred while thirsty?" Through his supplications, such as Sahifa Sajjdiya, he channeled this deep spiritual sorrow into a lasting legacy for the world. (Total 54 supplications aka Duas).

The architect who ensured the continuous resistance of Hussain's sacrifice - Mawla Sajjad

Mother of sorrows - Maa Zainab ๐Ÿค

Swipe right to witness what Maa Zainab went through;

1. From being dragged in chains from Karbala to Kufa and finally Shaam to thanking the Almighty Allah for all the trials and tribulations, the kids clung to her cloak and and becoming Ali E Karrar in eloquence while facing the tyrant Yazid. Neither the sword nor throne could shake Aale Muhammad.

2. Being prisoners in the dungeons of Shaam, Bibi Sakina crying after having received her beloved father Hussain's head and Maa Zainab consoling her with the constant cries from the ladies and children who were witnessing this atrocious view. This is the most prominent narrative associated with these dungeons as Bibi Sakina wept her heart out and passed away due to grief, exhaustion, and malnutrition while still confined within the dungeon walls, where she was subsequently buried.

Layers of pain, suffering and agony yet you rose to be the beacon of hope, Maa Zainab. Labbayk ya Zaynab. (We are with you, Zaynab) ๐Ÿ™Œ

"Sayyed Hassan Nasrullah and his beloved Aqsa mosque"

One year has passed since the martyrdom of Sayyed Hassan Nasrullah, a man who embodied the values of Islam and remained true to his promise to fight oppression. He lives on, and his blood continues to give life to the tree of Resistance across the globe. He inspires every person who seeks freedom, and he resides in our hearts and minds.

Spreading the message with every colorful brushstroke as it is essential to do what the mainstream media is showing the other picture. Justice will be served as meaningful and bold conversations will be made.

"Art in its purest form is RESISTANCE."

2 years of genocide.
77 years of occupation.

Ceasefire was amnounced on the 9th October after two years of genocide yet yesterday civilians in Jabalia were targeted. Why is this happening again? How many more lives are to be taken? How many corpses to be collected under the rubbles? Why doesn't this oppression end? Where is freedom for these people who are in constant fear? When will the unwavering support arrive?

So many qurations and no answers. Humanity needs to be awaken. This reminds me of a Quranic verse, "And the earth will shine with the light of its Lord" 39:69 (Surah Az Zumar). Thank God for art which helps the mind relax and keeps others aware in such turbulent times. Long live RESISTANCE!
