I’ve closed a chapter in my life that I never liked to talk about. At the age of 9 I was using mind alternating substance to control my fears, my troubles and depending on them to make days “brighter”. I have a little over thirty days and I already see the difference in a new way of life and the judgement of characters I allow into my life. Addiction took complete control of my life and even though I had support from friends in family along the way, the truth was I didn’t wanna be clean. When you don’t want something enough, YOU WONT GET IT! Long story short is I have a lot of work to do and I’m reaching out to people which is a huge step for me. For anyone battling active addiction I’m here to tell you that it’s possible to be happy and clean. You just have to commit and put that first before anything. I’ve lost a lot but I’m already gaining so much back and I’m forever greatful for that. If anyone needs to talk or wants to share advice with me, reach out to me! Damn, this is the last thing I wanted to find out about. When I met you it was a few years back, wasn’t even talking about graff. Actually we were debating on what Spanish spots were actually real or not then you told me I was to white to be Puerto Rican haha, it more felt like I was gaining a friend more then someone to paint with. I moved in and out of the tri state and we didn’t ever get that chance to actually paint but from the things you’ve told me to the attitude you had I didn’t need to paint with you to gain any knowledge. You were the real bushwick king and the most real one in the streets. Anyone who knew you and those that didn’t could agree with that. Rest easy bro. The streets won’t ever be the same.
