Executive Assistant & Travel Planner 🧳
Helping founders ditch the Admin Tax

Two screens, one plan, zero chaos. This is what it actually looks like to run the backend of a growing business, task boards moving, calls on deck, notes in hand, and nothing falling through the cracks.
If your business needs this kind of order behind the scenes, that's exactly what I bring.

AI can suggest. AI can generate. AI can even draft a reply.
But AI doesn't notice your flight got cancelled before you do. It doesn't catch the double booked meeting. It doesn't rebook the hotel while you're still asleep. It doesn't know which of those 99 generic replies actually fits the client you've been building a relationship with for two years.
Ideas are cheap. Execution is where businesses actually run or fall apart.
That's the gap I fill.
Not another bot adding to the noise in your inbox. A human partner who takes the chaos, the cancelled flights, the conflicting calendars, the never ending email pile, and actually handles it. End to end. No generic replies. No guesswork.
A human partner. Period.
If your tools are generating more tasks than they're solving, you don't need another app. You need someone who executes.
Let's talk.

Every executive I've worked with has felt this at some point.
You're brilliant at what you do, but somewhere along the way, I'll just handle it myself became the default. And slowly, it starts costing you more than it saves.
Slower decisions, because you're running on empty.
Missed opportunities, because you're too tired to catch them, or too busy to even see them.
Clients lost, because follow ups slip through the cracks.
Your health and relationships quietly paying the price.
Working harder, while the business grows slower.
Here's the truth: you don't need to do more. You need support that lets you focus on what only you can do.
That's where I come in.
As an Executive Assistant and Travel Planner, I take the operational weight off your shoulders, so you can lead, not just survive.
If this sounds like your week, let's talk.

Answering emails. Managing the calendar. Booking travel. Following up with clients. Posting content. Paying invoices.
If you're a founder doing all of this alone, it's not a badge of honor, it's a bottleneck.
Delegating isn't giving up control. It's making room for the parts of your business only you can do.

Day 5 of #ConnectionCapital with @wearebuiltbyus 🎉
Favour here! Biggest takeaway: real relationships start from the foundation, not the ask. This week taught me to build trust first, connect others genuinely, and show up consistently. Grateful for every deposit made this week!
